Woodspring Suites Kansas City Liberty

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom cleanliness was concerning.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a kitchenette, my bed was nice. The location turned out to be good and awesome.

Newly renovated place to stay, awesome location. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. The staff - NICE and welcoming. Location very close to the golf course and resturants and the airport. Also, close to everything.

Everything was exceptional, personnel was accommodating.

My stay here was surprisingly pleasant! Everything felt clean and nicely updated, especially the comfortable mattress which was clearly well-maintained. I appreciated the clothes basket for my laundry needs. the old smell in the elevator was a bit off-putting.

Improve maintenance of communal areas.

The location of Woodspring Suites in Liberty stood out, with good access to nearby restaurants and stores. The parking lot felt safe, thanks to its bright lights at night. My room, a Double Room with Two Double Beds, had some amenities that I appreciated, like a decent-sized fridge and microwave for convenience. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. I discovered some sticky residue on surfaces, made me question the overall hygiene standards. The carpets looked worn, and there were stains on the bedding. Noise from the hallways was annoying and disrupted my sleep. The staff seemed busy and not very attentive when I needed assistance. While the location was convenient, significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed for a better experience.

The room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The hotel staff promptly addressed some of our concerns. It's important to request a room away from the stairwell to avoid noise. Check cleanliness before settling in.

The whole experience was frustrating. After a long wait to check in, I received a room key that didn’t work, and when I got into my room, it was not clean with hair on the toilet and a terrible smell. It felt as if there was a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance overall . I liked the location, as it was close to great attractions, but the state of the room made my stay unbearable.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, laundry facilities, and free parking. I remember when the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free experience!
